Warner Edwards gin is distilled in a 200 year old converted barn on Falls Farm in the quiet Northamptonshire village of Harrington. Curiosity is the name of the brilliant copper pot still that the gin is produced in, containing the farms natural spring water, 11 botanicals and grain spirit. This is also used to make the elderflower, slow and rhubarb versions.

 

The batches are small, and the bottles are handcrafted and wax sealed, resulting in a fine gin.

 

The botanicals used are: 

 

• angelica root

• black pepper

• cardamom

• cinnamon

• coriander seed

• dried elderflower

• ground nutmeg

• juniper

• lemon peel

• orange peel

• one secret ingredient
